We offer basic computer training skills such as: Microsoft Office training (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), Internet & E-mail Usage. We also offer advanced skills like: Programming, Cybersecurity, and IT Technician training. For more information please contact (615) 622-9840 or (615) 622-9823

We are located at the historic McGruder Family Resource center.
Ms. Bertrand began her business with the idea of just providing technical training to small businesses. But her idea of providing organizations and companies with top quality technical training solutions has lead her to help establish a company that exists to ensure other companies and organizations are well prepared for today’s technology revolution. Ms. Bertrand has worked and served on several contracts, to provide network support, system administration, organization, implementation software upgrades and cloud migrations to governmental agencies and other local businesses in the Tennessee area. In her capacity, she was also part of a team responsible for the planning, coordinating, and implementation of the US Department of Defense defensive e-mail system. Ms. Bertrand has received several letters of commendation from the department of defense and other entities involved in her roles.
Ms. Bertrand has diligently worked with various other entities such as the Metro Department of Housing Authority, Metro Nashville Hope VI Community Project, Children’s Entrepreneurial Academy, McGruder Family Resource Center, US Army Corps of Engineers, Woodbine Community Organization, Matthew Walker Comprehensive Healthcare Organization, Neighborhood Health Community Organization, Nashville State Community College, Tennessee College of Applied Technology, the Urban League of Middle TN, and Martha O’Bryan Center of Nashville e to ensure that their technological needs were met. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Austin Peay State University, majoring in Electrical Engineering Technology with a minor in management information systems.
